NDG was formed over 20 years ago, with a primary emphasis on construction management, land development and building construction.
Because our team has extensive experience in construction, estimating, development and engineering review, NDG has become the primary construction and development consultant for many banking institutions. NDG has participated in formatting operational guidelines and policies for construction and A&D lending for commercial loans.
In addition, NDG performs project cost analysis and pre-construction review to ensure that the estimated budgets are complete and realistic, and that a successful project can be accomplished, without jeopardizing the project’s viability.
Both as owner’s representatives and point of contact for lending institutions, NDG maintains hands on management of projects, to include site observations and funding control for commercial projects under construction. We have the capability and systems to provide complete construction loan servicing, including comprehensive monitoring and compliance with Florida’s Lien laws. Construction projects range from commercial office buildings to multi-million dollar shopping centers, as well as specific purpose industrial projects.
NDG is also involved in the construction of commercial buildings and residential subdivisions as Construction Managers / Owners Representatives. By harnessing NDG team expertise, owners and associations can ensure that they benefit by having their project reach closeout without unexpected and costly surprises.
Finally to round out our property services we offer a full range of Real Estate services in conjunction with Team Torman Realty, LLC. These include property management, sales and leasing. We also assist our bank clients by acting as court appointed receiver or trustee.
